SHIPPING & RETURNS
We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at customercare@sonamkhetan.com and we will respond to you promptly.
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
As each garment is hand dyed after we receive your order, we cannot exchange it except if there is a product defect for which we are responsible or if we sent you an incorrect sizing, then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one at the earliest.
Please refer to our size guide charts for ready product measurements. Products once made cannot be returned for size changes. Our size guide is very detailed, however for personalized guidance on sizing, contact us on customercare@sonamkhetan.com.
IN CASE OF RETURNS
The product will only be accepted for replacement if we are notified of the problem within 72 hours from the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging.
In case of damage, the product must be returned within a week, else SK will not be liable to accept the merchandise.
In each case, please contact us to report your concern at customercare@sonamkhetan.com.
Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit.
SK cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it.
SHIPPING
Once your order is placed, you will get an email confirmation from us with your order number and details of your buy. We will send you the tracking details when the product is picked up by our delivery partners, so you are updated on the delivery status.
Products have different delivery timelines. We process orders as soon as they are received and endeavor to deliver at the earliest. We request you to be patient, it’ll be worth the wait!
If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, or any unforeseen delays, we will get in touch and keep you informed.
Shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout, depending on the destination.

REFUNDS
Refund Processing:
- We will process any refunds and/or provide credits after the returned goods have been received in new condition and in the original packaging. Your order total will be refunded, minus costs for shipping and handling each way, within 15 working days after we receive & check the returned goods.
- To return/refund an item, please write to us at customercare@sonamkhetan.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Kindly Note: No cash returns are provided
- An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped OR after 24 hours of placing the order.
- Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy - www.sonamkhetan.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the www.sonamkhetan.com would be the final decision.
